APRIL 14 - FAITH & FILM - MAIDEN ALLEY CINEMA - 6:30 p.m.

The Paducah Healing Parish is hosting a new Faith & Film Series.  This month, First Presbyterian Church will host a showing of "Jurassic Park" at the Maiden Alley Cinema.  Following the viewing, a discussion time will be held to explore the movie's themes.  The cost is only $3 per person and a donation to the Paducah Cooperative Ministry.

APRIL 17  - PC WITH BP - 2:00 p.m.

Bro. Paul will meet with any who wish to gather for pound cake, coffee and conversation. The discussion could be about the church, our culture, United Methodist beliefs, or almost anything else.  If there is enough interest, we will continue meeting once a month.  Questions for Bro. Paul may be submitted to the church office in advance so that Bro. Paul can do any research that might be needed.  Hopefully this will be a time that we can learn from each other and grow closer together.

APRIL 22 - ARCADIA GEMS AT HOUSE OF GRACE - 11:30 a.m.

The GEMS would like to invite everyone to join them during their monthly fellowship luncheon.  Please join this group each month for good food, fun and fellowship.

JUNE 8 - 13    LAKESHORE'S DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED CAMP

Bro. Paul is putting together a team of volunteers to serve as counselors for this camp.  If you would be interested in serving as a counselor, please contact the church office as soon as possible.  Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age.  If you know of a friend or relative who might also want to join in this outreach ministry, have them call Bro. JUNE 29 - JULY 5    RED BIRD WORK CAMP MISSION TRIP

Paducah/McCracken Methodist Mission Society is organizing a mission trip to Beverly, KY - Red Bird Mission - scheduled for June 29 through July 5.  This trip will include rehabilitation of local houses as well as camp projects.  Preferred ages are high school on up; however with enough supervision they can include junior high or families who want to go together.  For more information, please call Fountain Avenue at 443-1724.  The cost of the trip is $300 (includes all travel, food and lodging)
